There are many ways to contact me to book your dog in for a pamper.

It’s sometimes difficult for me to answer my phone during the day as I’m in between clients and hairdryers. If I don’t answer, I kindly ask that you leave a voicemail with your name, number & enquiry and I’ll get back to you at the end of the day. Alternatively, if you send me a text message I can usually get back to you sooner.

FAQs about Your appointment

Yes, I ask that you leave your furry friend with me and come back to collect them when they are ready. All dogs take a different amount of time, usually varying between 1 – 3 hours.

Pricing is varied and is dependent upon breed, hair length, coat condition, temperament, age, and grooming history. Please be advised a surcharge will apply if your dog is matted, requires extra bathing in addition to the standard 2 shampoo process, has fleas, or has not been groomed within the recommended grooming schedule for their breed.

Nothing but yourself and of course your dog. Some people also like to bring their pups favourite tasty treats or toys to make the groom more enjoyable.

I only take cash at the moment. For regular customers on a schedule, BACS payment is also accepted.

Prior to your dogs first groom with me, I’ll go through a quick health consultation about them. This involves me finding out as much as I can about your pup – health problems, skin conditions, any lumps or bumps, behavioural issues, likes & dislikes, what vets they are registered with, when they were last groomed etc. After every appointment I keep track of what products/blades I used on your dog and keep this information on the record card that’s stored in a locked safe. Your name & emergency contact number are also kept on here. I ask all my customers to sign these record cards due to data protection reasons and of course if you’d prefer I didn’t keep your information that can be arranged.

I always take an after groom photo of your pup which are usually posted on social media. If you would prefer me not to post on social media or would rather them just sent to you directly, please inform me on the day of your appointment.

Here are some helpful tips to make sure your dog is as comfortable as can be before a groom!

🐾 Please ensure your dog is walked and toileted before a groom

🐾 Please keep your dog on a lead until safe and secure in the groom room

🐾 Please inform me prior to your appointment if your dog has fleas as extra time will be needed to decontaminate & sterilize the studio. An extra charge will be added due to time taken and product cost.

🐾 Please inform me if your dog has rolled in something prior to groom as extra product and time will need to be taken to ensure smell is completely gone.

🐾 Please arrive as close as possible to appointment time AND pick up time. I work on a 1-1 basis with dogs to ensure a stress free groom so arriving late / early can upset dogs on the table and make finishing a haircut extremely difficult. If you are more than 15 mins late, we will have to rearrange and you will be charged a fee for missing the appointment.
